Area License

The Nightlife Network does not sale ownership of the Cocktail Software, but instead grants exclusive Area Licenses under the terms and conditions of the Network Membership Agreement to use the Software. The Nightlife Network owns all rights, title and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, and reserves all rights to the Software not expressly granted in the license agreement.
