Frequently asked questions about our business opportunity:
No. Franchises have to pay franchisors a percentage of profits. Cocktail licensees keep 100% of the profit they make.
There is a one-time software licensing fee. The amount of this fee depends on the area you are licensing. There is an ongoing monthly fee of $125 that covers the costs of hosting your website and upgrades to the Cocktail software. There is also a 2 cent per recipient delivery fee for all email newsletters sent from Cocktail software.
Advertisers, normally bar, club and restaurant owners, are going to want to see that you have the attention of the local nightlife market before they become your clients. Once you have established your site within your market and can prove you are getting a large amount of traffic to the website, selling advertising will become much easier.
As with any business, the more time you dedicate to your company the stronger it will become. The amount of time you decide to spend maintaining your website will be up to you. That said, you can reasonably run the website and execute our suggested business plan in as little as 20 hours a week.
Not necessarily. Cocktail-powered websites can be maintained and updated by a single person. As your business grows, you will likely need photographers to help take photos for the website, however you can easily find volunteers to take photos in exchange for nightlife-related perks such as free entry into bars and clubs.
