The Nightlife Network sells and leases exclusive licenses to use our powerful and proven Cocktail software to run nightlife websites within a defined area, which are normally a city or state.
Once we have licensed our software in a particular area, we will never license the Cocktail within that area again (assuming the terms of the license are upheld by the licensee).
We are constantly updating the software to enhance its features and effectiveness. Because the Cocktail runs from a centralized code base, all licensees are always running the latest version of the software. There is a one-time license purchase fee as well ongoing monthly license fees that cover upgrades to the software and site hosting.
The Nightlife Network owns all rights, title and interest in the Cocktail software, including all intellectual property rights, and reserves all rights to not expressly granted within the license agreement.
